Moving in Denver

What we plan for before move day.

Denver is north of our Highlands Ranch base. Every home and building is different, so these are the things we ask about most here.

  • High-rise and mid-rise buildings often require a reserved freight elevator, a loading-dock time slot, and a certificate of insurance. We provide COIs on request, usually within 1–2 business days.
  • Older homes can have narrow doorways and steep basement stairs. Tell us about them so we bring the right crew size.
  • Street parking is tight in many neighborhoods, so we plan where the truck will stop.
