Local moves are billed hourly. Long-distance moves receive a written or flat-rate estimate when applicable. Every customer receives a written estimate before booking; the final price depends on the services requested and, for hourly moves, the actual time worked.

2-hour minimum for most local moves. Some larger or specialty moves may require a longer minimum, disclosed before booking.

What's included
One service fee, no travel-time charge.
A one-time service fee from $100 covers the truck, fuel, equipment, and basic moving materials. No travel time is charged to arrive at pickup or return to our office — customers pay only for work performed and drive time between pickup and delivery.

Specialty packing materials (wardrobe boxes, picture boxes, bubble wrap, etc.) are available for an additional charge if requested.
Access & fuel
No surprise fees for stairs or elevators.
- No stair fee. Elevators are included. Exceptionally long carries or unusual access may require additional labor and will be discussed before the move.
- Included in the one-time service fee. No separate fuel surcharge.
Specialty items
Quoted individually, not guessed at.
Special handling for items over 200 lb — pianos, safes, pool tables, extremely heavy or oversized furniture, massage chairs — is quoted individually.
Waiting time & extra stops
Billed the same way as the rest of the move.
- Waiting time caused by customer delays or building restrictions is billed at the normal hourly labor rate.
- Additional pickup or delivery stops are billed based on the additional labor and drive time between locations.
Deposits
Most local moves need none.
Most local moves require no deposit. Deposits may be required for large projects, multiple-truck moves, or special scheduling.
Accepted payments
Zelle and cash preferred; cards accepted.
A 2.6% processing fee applies to credit and debit card payments only.

Estimate expiration
Written estimates hold for 30 days.
Written estimates are generally valid for 30 days, unless pricing or move details change.
What can change the final price
- More items are added than originally listed
- Packing services are added
- Additional stops are requested
- Access is significantly different than described (long carries, building restrictions, etc.)
- Specialty items not disclosed during the estimate require additional labor
- The move takes longer than estimated because of additional work requested by the customer
