Long-distance moves
Moving out of state? We handle that too.
Interstate moves need more planning than a local one — route, timing, and a written estimate before anything is booked. Here's what to expect.
- MC 1724780 interstate authority
- 7,000 lb truck capacity
- Written estimate before booking
- Direct call & text access
How pricing works for long moves
A written or flat-rate estimate, not a guess.
Local moves are billed hourly. Long-distance moves receive a written or flat-rate estimate when applicable. Every customer receives a written estimate before booking; the final price depends on the services requested and, for hourly moves, the actual time worked.
Written estimates are generally valid for 30 days, unless pricing or move details change.

What shapes a long-distance estimate
What we ask about before quoting an interstate move.
These factors matter more on a long move than a local one.
- Origin and destination — full addresses, not just ZIP codes
- Total inventory volume and any specialty items over 200 lb
- Preferred pickup window and delivery timing
- Access at both ends — stairs, elevators, long carries, parking
- Whether packing services are needed on either end
