We collect only the information necessary to provide moving services, prepare estimates, communicate with customers, and process payments. Customer information is never sold to third parties.

Quote requests are completed through our LiveSwitch booking form. Use it to choose a video-walkthrough time, or call or text the team directly.

What's never collected
Analytics is built to structurally exclude personal data.
The site's on-page analytics events (page views, phone, text and booking-link clicks) never include names, phone numbers, email addresses, exact addresses, form notes, or uploaded filenames — this is enforced in code, not just policy.
Website statistics
Anonymous visit statistics, kept on our own systems.
To improve this site, we record which pages are viewed, which links and buttons are clicked, how far pages are scrolled, how long they are open, the type of device, the approximate city, and the website or campaign that sent the visit. We do not record anything you type, your name, phone number, email, or IP address, and we set no cookies for this. A random visit code is kept only until you close the tab. These statistics are not sold or shared. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, nothing is recorded.
Google Analytics and Google Ads
Measuring our advertising.
We use Google Tag Manager to run Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. These Google services may set cookies and receive your IP address and browser details so we can see which ads lead to a call or a booking request. We do not use them for ad personalization or remarketing, and we never send them your name, phone number, email, or anything you type. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, these Google cookies are not used. Google's own handling is described at policies.google.com.
Photos, videos, and documents
Retained only as long as necessary.
Photos, videos, and documents provided for estimates are retained only as long as necessary to prepare quotes, complete services, and maintain business records, after which they are securely deleted according to our retention schedule.
Marketing communications
Opt-in, and easy to opt out of.
By requesting a quote or contacting us, customers agree to receive communications related to their move. Promotional messages are only sent with customer consent, and customers may opt out at any time.
Your right to deletion
Request removal any time.
Customers may request deletion of their personal information by contacting us via phone or email. We will remove eligible information unless retention is required by law or for accounting purposes. Contact us at scm@suncitymoving.com or by phone.
